Most of our Young People are generally completely disengaged with society and with themselves. We work to try and re-engage them.

The first stage is to build positive relationships of trust, and we run a number of activities to help do this. This can be a long process as many of these Young People have been severely let down by adults and very hard to reach.

The second stage is to use those relationships to bring Young People into work that individually progresses and develops them.
